1. Nominee must be 18 years and over
2. Must have lived in Morvant for at least 10 years
3. Must be in good legal standing
4. Must have made a significant contribution to Morvant or the national community in the areas of social services (eg Police, Nurses, Fire Officers…); professional services (eg Doctors, Lawyers…); business; sport; music, art and culture (excluding carnival); voluntary services; and any other area.

Nominees must have lived or live within the geographical boundaries listed below:

* From Morvant Junction to the Look-out and
* From Poinsettia Drive to Paradise Heights .
